Pathway Home Re-entry Program

Are you or a loved one 6 months from release?

 

You or your loved one may be eligible for EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE if you intend to return to the following locations:

  • Akron/Summit County
  • Canton/Stark County
  • Cincinnati/Hamilton County
  • Cleveland/Cuyahoga County
  • Columbus/Franklin County
  • Dayton/Montgomery County

The Pathway Home Program can help with ¬finding a job, arranging school and training, providing supportive assistance after release with up to $200 IN CASH INCENTIVES. Managed by the Jefferson County Community Action Council and operating out of OMJ centers in the above locations, we have Pathway Navigators who want to assist with your needs after release.
